A newly redeveloped cross-country trail network, lighting, and snowmaking needed an operations system built to match — Highline now runs season pass sales, front-desk ticketing, rentals, and accounting for the whole team.
The challenge
Oak Hill's trail, lighting, and snowmaking upgrades raised the bar for what visitors expected at the gate — but season pass sales, day tickets, and rentals were still tracked across separate spreadsheets and a front-desk terminal with no shared record. Staff couldn't see who'd paid, who still owed a waiver, or how a sale reconciled against the bank deposit without checking three places.
